ABOUT ME:

I'm a CNVC Certified Trainer through the Center for Nonviolent Communication.  I'm also Licensed Master Social Worker and Clinical Psychotherapist in Taos, NM.  After two decades of experience in the healing arts, I've integrated multiple modalities into my own unique approach to empowerment and healing.

I bring two decades of training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to my coaching and consulting work as well as training in Hakomi Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as taught by Richard Schwartz.  I studied Somatic Psychotherapy and Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from Highlands University.

I have taught workshops and courses in Nonviolent Communication since 2013 at learning centers in California, Oregon, New Mexico and India.

Whether as a coach, trainer, educator or consultant, I will work to support you in speaking to yourself and others with compassionate honesty.  By being in acceptance of what is happening, moment by moment, we can attune to it, bear witness and find connection with ourselves and others. It is through this process that healing unfolds: gently, authentically and permanently.  In that spirit, I don't put myself on a pedestal.  I'm a partner with you on this journey.
